Shipping policy

1. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. We ship within Austria and to selected EU countries.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly communicated during the checkout process.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices include applicable VAT but exclude shipping costs.

3. Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, estimated delivery times are:

• within the EU: approx. 5–10 business days

In case of delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.

4. Shipping Providers
Shipping is carried out by a carrier of our choice (e.g., postal service, DHL, DPD).

5. Partial Deliveries
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries where reasonable for the customer.

6. Transfer of Risk
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer, we reserve the right to charge the customer for any additional costs incurred.

8. Transport Damage
Please inspect the goods upon receipt and report any visible transport damage as soon as possible.
